For all courses training can either take place on request at a location specified by the customer or at locations arranged by Food Quality Consulting Ltd. Courses can be arranged on request in addition to the specified dates.

BRC Training Courses

Karen Czarnota is an approved training provider for BRC (ATP). The Approved Training Provider Scheme was created to develop a directory of internationally recognised individuals who deliver BRC training courses around the world. ATP's are professional individuals who have a working knowledge of food and consumer products sectors in addition to many years of training. Successful individuals are licensed on an annual basis and their details are added to the ATP database on the BRC Global Standards Directory website. ATP's enjoy the full backing of the BRC. They are provided with all the necessary training materials to carry out BRC Training Academy courses.

HABC Training Courses

Food Quality Consulting is an approved centre for HABC, Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance. Karen Czarnota is a registered tutor for HABC. HABC is the UK’s leading awarding organisation for compliance qualifications and is recognised by Ofqual, the Welsh Government, CCEA and SQA. On obtaining HABC Food Safety qualifications, employees who handle food will gain a firm grasp of the importance of food safety and knowledge of the systems, techniques and procedures involved. Furthermore, they will have the confidence and expertise to deliver quality food safely to customers. All food sector organisations must implement a food safety management system based on the Codex Principles of HACCP. HABC’s HACCP qualifications are suitable for food handlers and supervisors working in most catering and manufacturing operations.
