Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is aimed at individuals working in a food manufacturing environment and those who are preparing to work in the industry. The qualification will be especially useful for those involved in maintaining HACCP in a manufacturing environment, and for those who are or will be part of a HACCP team.
How long will it take?
The total qualification time (TQT) for this qualification is 7 hours and of this, 6 hours are recommended as guided learning hours (GLH). This qualification is usually delivered over 1 day.
These include the proceedures required to develop HACCP and how the principles of HACCP are applied in a food production environment.
This qualification is assessed by a multiple-choice examination.
